Carrying on a Culture of Safety: Adrienne Jones

Carrying on a Culture of Safety: Adrienne Jones

Safety is at the heart of our utility vegetation management solutions at 91成人. Nothing is more important than sending people home safely each day and Adrienne Jones, who was recently announced as 91成人鈥檚 safety manager, helps emphasize just that.

In her new role, Jones oversees safety across our organization, while partnering with our various departments and field employees to continue fostering a culture of safety. As she keeps safety top-of-mind, Jones leads the charge in monitoring trends for leading indicators; creating recurring safety content such as tailboards, safety briefs and daily messages; conducting annual required safety training and meetings; and more.

Jones is dedicated to ensuring safety measures are being taken throughout our organization and industry by producing safety-related content for all audiences including webinars and speaking at industry events like the annual Ohio Tree Care Conference and International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Southern Conference.

鈥淎s I continue to grow as a safety professional, my passion for cultivating a culture of safety also grows. I use every opportunity to partner with others to learn how people are working to develop a culture that provides the tools, training, and understanding to create a safer working environment and ensure our employees return home safely, and possibly in better shape than when they left that morning鈥 says Jones.

Jones is a Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP), a National Safety Council-certified Defensive Driving Course Instructor, a First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, and a member of the Utility Arborist Association Safety Committee.

She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree from DePaul University, located in Chicago, Illinois.
